Embroidering a name on a scrub set costs ฿80 per set, up to 1–2 lines of text. For the best result, we recommend no more than 20 characters per line.

Yes, logo embroidery is available. Pricing depends on the product.

Gown logo embroidery (right side only, embroidered over the lining)

Gowns are available in XS, S, SS, M, L and XL, all in a unisex pattern. The Subscrub Medical Gown is 1,790 THB on our online store.

We can issue a tax invoice for the cost of scrub sets and gowns only. Embroidery fees and shipping fees cannot be included on a tax invoice.

Yes, under the following conditions:

• Return shipping is ฿50, covered by the customer
• The item must not have been embroidered
• No stains or perfume, and it must not have been washed or ironed
• Exchange requests must be made within 3–5 days of receiving the item

If we made a shipping error, we’ll cover the full cost of the exchange or return.
